Advance payment of tax credit RL-19

Hello,

How can I report the above subject matter when I am now a resident of Ontario after relocated in September 2023 to Ontario. And my tax return as a Ontario resident I can't find RL-19 to report the amount paid me in Quebec for the above subject matter. Please help me out. Thank you.
