Hi Com_Sam, This answer is there by default. If your province of residence is not Québec, then it will not affect your federal tax return. This question is applied for Québec people who are netfiling a Québec tax return. Thank you! Magalie

Hi, If you used Full Service, the return is filed by the expert. If you used Assist &Review, you file it. If everything went well in the review call with the expert and the return is complete, the expert will usually stay with you until you complete the NETFILE process. But you are still the one who actually file it. Thank you!

You are being charged because you added it to your return. Once you have upgraded or added features to your TurboTax return, there is no way to downgrade or remove the extra features, even if you didn’t use them. You would need to create a new return to go back to the original product. To start a new return, select “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns”. Once you have started your new return, you can select “View All Tax Returns” from under “My Returns”, and delete the unwanted return by clicking the small Trash Can next to it.
