For SOME REASON, the post "

"Error - at the time of manufacturing this product the government had not finalized all of its form."

appears to be locked but I don't see any viable solution or answer.  So I took the liberty of contacting Intuit Canada who provided me with a link to CRA.  This is for those who cannot yet file their return/refund and get this error.

Turns out CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) has NOT completed all their forms...or rather final form for electronic.  This is bizarre because if you do it on paper, everything is ready.  WHY they are taking so long is beyond me.   Nevertheless, if you go here, you will see what is yet to be completed
