This is brutal......March 9 and these forms are still not ready. When is this going to be fixed.

Any update on the capital gains form (downloaded version of TurboTax)? This is very frustrating...

No  I was able to resolve my issue today by going into forms and clearing the form

@Russell44 Thanks for the update. Yes, If you are not using Schedule 3.Please try to close any open and unused forms. Select Edit>Forms>Clear Current Form, and then Edit>Forms>Close Unused Forms. 

@richmk Schedule 3 is still locked by CRA and not finalized by CRA yet. Please refer to this link Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized? 

We do not have any ETA on this yet but as soon a these forms gets finalize we will be updating them in TurboTax for an accurate calculations.

In Easystep after the review and before you save it asks if you want to clear any unused forms. I know I answered yes so I assumed it would have cleared unused forms?

@Russell44 It would close unused forms, but not any that it thinks you are using. So it's best to clear them and then close them before you file. 

I guess based on this global news report, that we have to wait until end of March, and also because delays always happen, most likely 1st week of April.....not a big deal if you owe money, but it means refunds that were expected stay in the Governments hands awhile longer.

Same.. wish there was a way to bypass this form..mine is also not necessary..for the last 3 years I’ve had similar issues being blocked from efiling for forms that don’t impact my return.. each year I’ve had to find my own solution..very frustrating..in this instance I would understand if I was claiming the CCA but my form is also blank?!

@Bootsfam Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online)? Which form is giving you the problem?
