The warning said early March these forms would be available. Today is Mar 12th and I still can't file some of the returns I've completed. I've been with Turbo Tax from their start, but each year the product and service is getting worse and I'm struggling to justify why I should continue to use Turbo Tax when its turbo charger is not working. This is a frustration and a stress for someone like me who completes and files the returns of many of my friends and family members. These folks depend on getting their refunds back in these financially challenging times and Turbo Tax's tardiness just adds to that stress and is not an acceptable way to treat customers.
