@TurboTaxAniqua thanks for trying again...it sounds like you're saying one of the unneeded forms, which is not on turbotax's list of locked forms may be causing the problem (none of my forms are on the list that I can see). Ok, I tried clearing unused forms and still received the same error message.
I've seen on multiple other threads that a T5 may be causing the error on turbo tax's end. I had entered T5 for bank savings account interest (no capital gains impacts). Really hope Turbotax figures out why everyone is not able to file their taxes despite not having any forms from the locked list!
Still frustrated...
