Tax residency

Hi,

My common law partner has been living in Greece ( tax treaty with Canada)for the whole year of 2024 and established a business there and is also a dual citizen of both countries.  He is considered a resident of Greece for tax purposes but also has residential ties with Canada( partner, daughter and house)

Is he considered a resident of Canada for tax purposes? If yes how do we report the foreign income ? Is it correct to report the whole foreign income on line 25600 or fill form T2259? Any advice is greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Τhank you for your reply.

He is deemed a resident of Canada for tax purposes.  How do I report the foreign income when there is a tax treaty?

Thanks
