Why will it not accept the code on the activation card for my son's taxes? I filed my wife's and my return together and the code on the activation card was accepted
I purchased the standard which includes 8 returns. I checked multiple times to confirm I enter the correct activation code

Filing
Are you preparing your son's return in the same account that you prepared your return in? For the code to work, the returns need to all be in the same account.
