Date of Death doesn't print

Hello, trying to file 2021 return for my deceased mother > entered date of death at the beginning. Once the return is finished and printed, it doesn't print the "date of death" on the first page of the return. There are no other areas on what was printed that would show the CRA this is final return? Why is the date of death blank? Can I just write it in Pen?

Yes, you can write it in pen- but this should have printed out. CRA will see this as you should have a barcode on one of the pages with all the information required.

No, i don't see a barcode either. It only printed 6 pages. how can i be sure it printed all the correct information to submit to the cra? I'm not very confident with these now 2 issues identified that it's ready to go the CRA?

I tried reprinting it and it's the same 6 pages. (and Date of death still not printed)
