@Junmo Our development team is looking at the problem, and are working to resolve it ASAP. 

They said the same. I re-did my taxes and still get the puppy error. Its been over a week and no one has contacted me with a solution or an update.

I am also getting the same message. Its creating all of the schedule forms but not the actual T1.  Can you please add me to the ticket?
