After you file

You can also try getting back to the Medical Expenses page in TurboTax Online like this:

  1. At the top right of the page, click the "Find" icon (magnifying glass).
  2. When the search bar appears, type in“med”, select “Medical Expenses Profile” from the list, then click the “Go” button.

If this doesn’t work, please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. This FAQ has instructions on how to clear the cache in several popular browsers: How do I clear my cache (browsing history)?
