After you file

If you're using Forms mode, you should just be able to click the spots to add or remove the X. Putting the X next to 2A, will automatically add the spouse's income.

If you're using EasyStep Mode you'd just make your selection on the page, and then TurboTax Desktop will add the needed X's on the form.
