If you have entered an amount from a T-slip incorrectly, navigate back to that particular slip and choose to "Edit".
For example, your T4 has an incorrect amount in Box 22 - Tax Deducted;

- T-4
- On the T4 Summary page, choose "Edit". Correct your entries, "Save & Continue".
