2019 net file for business account

Hi, I filed my 2019 taxes by turbotax. I was employed as well as was driving Uber and Lyft. So I filed taxes for my employment and self employment hst/gst through turbotax. Now when I tried to close hst/gst account I received a mail from cra that I need to file some netfile for business account.

why is that so, I already filed through turbotax?

After you file

Is the CRA talking about the GST/HST return? TurboTax Software doesn’t have the ability to create or send GST/HST returns. So if you prepared your return yourself (not using our Full Service team), then you would have only filed your personal T1 return with TurboTax. You would need to go to the CRA website to file a GST/HST return.
