Is the CRA talking about the GST/HST return? TurboTax Software doesn’t have the ability to create or send GST/HST returns. So if you prepared your return yourself (not using our Full Service team), then you would have only filed your personal T1 return with TurboTax. You would need to go to the CRA website to file a GST/HST return.
