NETFILE failed - no internet connection

I used NETFILE for my T1135 (easy and successful) and then it has failed to upload my T1 return because it says I have no internet connection.  I have very reliable internet.

 

I have logged out restarted the computer and logged in and tried again.

 

I also tried the manual upload but it did not work.

 

(THIS IS NOT A TAX QUESTION - THIS IS A PRODUCT FAILURE.)
