When using an IPad you will be using TurboTax Online. You can't use our CD/download version as it is not compatible.

If you purchased TurboTax as a download or on a CD, but I have a Mac computer or IPAD click here.

You will need to turn your IPad on and delete the TurboTax software that you downloaded. 

You will need to purchase TurboTax Online to complete your income tax return. 

I purchased through my credit card, the 2016 basic version. I received the conformation of payment and a download link provided does not work. I would click on the link but nothing happens, nothing downloads into my computer, nothing. I updated my laptop, allowed turbo tax to download, etc. Nothing. Nowhere to download and enter my installation code. Help!!!

Can you please confirm with me how many digits you received in your installation code? Are you using a windows computer or a MAC?
