NEVER in the last 15 years I had this issue using Intuit.

After installing, it should automatically ask to transfer from 2019 to 2020 but this year it is not. I use Premier. I prepared my taxes for myself, and my family and friends...………..

This is extremely upsetting that I cannot have a phone number so that I talk to a human........
