Troubleshooting

Hi all,

I managed to reach them during working hours on this #: [phone number removed].

Unfortunately, they were not helpful because the new number i gave them for my account has still not been updated. We need to report Turbotax to the consumer bureau:

This is totally unacceptable consumer disregard.
