Daughter is 15, earned nothing, only claimed on my return. Amount is less then $5K still get the error. Suspect a bug in the program. Premier version. Suspect it didn't clear a flag as I originally had the same expense under my wife' and my return. Still seems to indicate that my wife is claiming child care expenses even after removing it.
