21 Char code, not 16 char

I have used Turbo tax for several years. Last year I purchased TTD Premier Annual Subscription. I have purchased a new computer, deleted files from old computer, and want to add TT to my new computer. I downloaded TT but I have a 21 character code, not 16 character, how can I install TT2020

Troubleshooting

All prior years to 2020 have had 21 character codes. As of the 2020 tax year, there are only 16 characters.

Thanks for your response. i was mistakenly using my code for the previous year. I subsequently found my 16 character code
