I downloaded TurboTax 2021. It hasn't given me a licence code so the software won't work after installation. How do I get the program to work? I tried contacting Customer Support. I have filled in all the forms but can't get the 'call' button to work. No telephone number is provided anywhere on the site. Why are you hiding? I tried logging in. I provided account identifier, password and separate code, but can't get access. Why is Intuit shutting me out? Getting to this point was an additional nightmare. I followed the directions with great difficulty as it is a four step process and none of the menu choices are anything alike. Why is Intuit trying to confuse its customers? This is the second year in a row where Intuit has made dealing with the company a living hell! Are you trying to have your business fail?
