They will often have last year's available - there are some folks who haven't yet filed. I've come close to doing this myself once or twice in the years I've been downloading it. It would have specified what version it was, but you can miss it.
Contact customer service/support, I honestly believe they will help you out, especially if you haven't used it to file another 2020 return - the software does a count each time you file a return, yours should show none.
I sincerely hope you are able to get a refund or exchange for the version you meant to get (2021)!
