Social insurance numbers on spousal return.

Setting up a spousal return. Entered the personal date. Get the message " your spouse or common laws partner's social insurance number can not be the same as yours"" They are not . One starts with 488 and the other 508??

Troubleshooting

Please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type your spouse’s SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be a total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789
