TurboTax 2021 desktop application. When a return is being worked on, the menus on the left are locked. It is not possible to navigate to different sections of the return

Do you have to delete the return and start from scratch, or is there a way to get the menus working again?

Troubleshooting

 

Please try clicking on the "Continue" button in the bottom right until you reach the "Income & Expenses" section. Everything should unlock at that point.
