Troubleshooting
Follow these steps to solve the issue:
- Save any open returns.
- Uninstall TurboTax 2016.
- Download and install latest updated TurboTax 2016 from https://turbotax.intuit.ca/product/download/index.jsp. Note: You will not be asked for additional payment to reinstall.
