Really? I waited almost a week for a response and I get a form response, on a Friday, so now there won't be another one until next week. Without getting too specific, my income is less than 15,000 annually and my dental and medical expenses were over $4,000 and yes I have all my receipts. My return said $3700 of that was allowed to be claimed. Yet, when the return was submitted it completely ignored all of that and I got the same $75 refund as previous years. I put in for a refund for the fee I paid Turbo Tax since they absolutely did not fulfill their guaranteed best refund policy. Naturally that has been ignored too. I can only hope now that Revenue Canada catches your mistake but I still want a refund on your fee and I will never trust Turbo Tax again.
