Troubleshooting

I cannot open my existing return either. When I click "open existing return" it seems almost as my computer does not read any files, all my files are empty... PDF, Excel, Word etc. I am wanting to edit a current return that I was working on.

When I phone for support it wants my support ID and asks about 10 times before it hangs up on me. I do not have a support ID number and cannot find one.
