It's been 2 weeks, I have NEVER gotten a single reply from my Tax Expert. I'm starting to suspect if there even is there even a Tax Expert assigned to me? Because I've never even heard from the person, not even once! I called TurboTax Support 3 times, and each time they tell me to wait 72 hours. What's worse, the last person on support told me the previous person I called didn't create a request, so I have to wait another 72 hours. And all 3 support personnel promised me someone would get back to me.
They literally said they "promise"!
3 times...
2 weeks... no one has gotten back to me.
