Troubleshooting

The options you are describing to get a call or to schedule an appointment are not available. When I follow all the steps you are describing, the only option at the end is to get a number to call Turbotax, with an incredibly long waiting time and people dropping the call as I described it before.

My experience last year was that I could schedule the call. But this option doesn't seem available any more.

Please let me know how to schedule a call. But the information you provided didn't give me this option and was what I was already doing
