I'm trying to install TurboTax Delux in my new PC.
I was able to download, install, and activate, however, keep asking to purchase an additional state whenever I tried to open my unfinished return file. I've purchased an additional state in my old PC and kept the receipt.
Since the newly installed turbotax doesn't have an additional state, it doesn't even open my previous input.
Should I go back to old PC to complete return?
