Submit a claim on the 100% accuracy guarantee and automated phone service does not work. Need live person or email to send in claim

Hello, I have an error in my return not from my own negligence and have been reassessed $2,316.57 and receiving a return of $1,983.53.

 

I have tried calling both [phone number removed] and [phone number removed] and the automated service is not working for this case. I also see no way to send in my claim and follow your 3 steps to begin the process. Please let me know how to submit a claim by giving me a phone number with a live person or an email address to send my documents to. Thank you
