Thank you for the helpful info. Just for some added clarification I have one more question, since it’s retroactive do all of the precious amounts just wait to get delivered during the next scheduled payment for it? for example, January 2023 would be all retroactive GST payments + the top up? And for the climate incentive that’s just one payment people who filed on time were already given by the CRA so is that likely just currently pending?

No, all the retroactive payments due will be sent as soon as they are assessed. The next scheduled amounts will be at their regular dates. You can view the amounts as they are assessed, in your Canada Revenue Agency account link: My Account. If you don't already have one, you can sign up for one.
