I have purchased the Deluxe Online Edition from Costco. In turnotax.ca/active, when I enter the "Pre-Payment code for 8 returns" code in the field "Enter your 16 digit activation code", I get this error: Something is not right try reentering your code. This is for 2021 taxes. on the card it reads that Activation code expires 8/31/2023. the pre-payment code is 16 digits consists of Letters and numbers.
