Troubleshooting
That amount is calculated automatically based on your entries. If you feel it is listed incorrectly, return to income section of your return and ensure the entries are correct.

Troubleshooting
I think there is a bug in this part of the software. I have checked the T4 and all my entries and it thinks that we are in Quebec yet the Return is for someone in BC. There should be no EI Overpayment for this person yet it is calculating a $9307.00 one which is $10,167.22 less the standard BC EI amount of $860.22.
This was calculating fine until I installed the update yesterday.

Troubleshooting
I agree with Imnei. I am seeing an automated entry for Quebec EI Overpayment on line 45000 of my return. Called CRA and that amount should not be there. Please advise.
