problems entering medical expenses

In forms view I am trying to enter individual receipts.

On the first line I double-click the date, get the detail form on which I enter the 1st receipt details, and then click on "Save and close".

The information is then correctly entered on line 1 of the medical expenses form.

The problem occurs on the second entry.

On line 2, I double-click on the date, enter the 2nd receipt on the detail form, and when I click "Save and close"

this new receipt replaces the previous one on line 1.

If I try again, the same thing happens.

I cannot enter a 2nd line.
