I just posted this answer, so i hope it helps you as well.
Go back through your return in the MyInfo tab. Click on the '(your name) Canadian Residency' tab, there are a series of questions including the one that asks about being put on the donor list. Click on your response then try and file again. I had this problem also but was able to successfully file.
