Can't activate Turbotax 2022

TurboTax 2022 with Windows 11 Home 10.0.22000

After installation, it says "An unexpected error occurred while activating the product."

Followed instructions and clicked Activate Outside then it says: "An unexpected error occurred while activating the product." again.
