Turbo Tax

My 2022  Turbo Tax software is locked up.  It is frozen on a Medical Sheet andI won't let me add any further information or close out.  I am unable to continue with my return.  Pls advise..this is very frustrating.  I am using Turbotax Deluxe Online Edition (bought at Costco)
