I am not able to save and exit turbotax.  The file button on the upper left hand side does not work. I click on it and I only get a washed out looking drop down list (which includes save, also save and exit.)  The tab then instantly disappears.  So, I get no chance to click save or save and exit.  

Please help!  Is there another way I can save and exit ?  Or do you know of a way I can make the File button act properly.
