Troubleshooting

The answer did not solve my problem, but I may have misworded the question.  I bought  2022 TurboTax Standard on line and downloaded it on my pc.  When I went to file my completed return with NetFile, the terms and conditions state that I MUST AGREE that I am only filing ......2021 return.  It appears that it is last year's (ie. 2021) NetFile terms and conditions that are in the 2022 Turbo Tax software.  I called the customer service number and the assistant could not provide an answer but he did contact some of his peers who suggested I just ignore this and proceed with filing my 2022 return through NetFile.  The customer service assistant appeared to have no way to inform the company that the wrong terms and conditions were in the software program.  

 

This leaves me with either mailing a hard copy of the 2022 Income Tax Return, or NOT complying with the specific NetFile terms and conditions that I am supposed be agreeing with before I can use NetFile.  This is  a frustrating position to be in.
