It is 2023, how can I Refile for 2019?

Hi,

 

I realized I have made mistakes for my 2019 report and wanting to ReFILE in 2023. However I do not see how I can do it through TurboTax Online. I bought Turbotax 2019 and since I do not have a ".tt19 file", I cannot ReFILE either.

 

Can any TurboTax expert help me out here?

That is random. I have the identical question. I too just bought 2019 but don't have .tt19 file to complete a refile. I don't see anywhere to get it.

Troubleshooting

If you no longer have your .tt19 file, then you won't be able to use RefIle in TurboTax CD/Download. You can make your changes using CRA My Account or fill out and mail in a T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request.
