How do I speak to customer support? How do I make a complaint?

My product (Turbo Tax Live Service Self Empolyed) is not working properly. I can't get in touch with my chat specalist as the chat box shows an error message... and has for days.

 

I spoke to my specialist on Saturday who was supposed to be working on it, and it should have been completed that day. She said she cant' chat with me online due to a technical error, but will email me with any questions... radio silence ever since.

 

I paid a lot to get full service... the Turbo tax website is awful in terms of trying to find out how to contact support to speak to someone who can help! 

 

Does anyone know how I can speak to someone??
