Troubleshooting

I have had this issue as well for 2022 tax year

i called the number given in the error message and was told they weren’t able to help Canadians

i was given another number which I called and contacted an automated response which sent me a link with a bunch of issues you may have with Turbo tax but nothing related to ID notify

i would not have paid the additional amount for premium if I had realized I would not be able to access all of the services advertised 

since this seems to be a problem going back several years it seems Turbo tax has been negligent in getting the issue resolved
