Intuit has charged me twice for 2022 returns. I demand a refund for [order# TTWND235613898]. Neither item's software was able to upload to CRA, error code 16 & 15. I should also be awarded compensation for printing costs, since Intuit TurboTax implies its software can be filed online.
___If Intuit continues to drag its feet, I will file a RIPOFF complaint.
