I have applied for the Ontario energy and property tax credit, but box 61020 does not show up as entered (no X in the box) when I print the return. I have gone to Form ON-BEN directly and checked the box manually, but that does not seem to make a difference. I have also applied for the Ontario senior homeowners property tax grant - box 61070 shows as properly ticked. How do I get box 61020 to appear as checked? Is the problem because I can only claim one or the other?
