Lack of support to clients

1) no email available but lots of social media.  Not an indication that you want to solve issues.

2) finding the phone number takes ten minutes of searching 

3) last week I called to see if there was a pending product discount, was told no.  So I paid full price.  Less than seven days later I get an email offering a 15% discount.  Of course it is an email that does not permit a response because apparently your service model is lack of service.  
very frustrating for someone who has been a customer since year one when it was a small Canadian start up.
