I have read your reply thank you for that. And I also have followed to the best of my knowledge the instruction that you have left and it still doesn’t work. I have the card with the activation number on the card that was inside the box which I bought at Costco and I did try to activate it the way you say, but it simply does not work, and cannot activate it. Also, it is the only one tried that I had with it.
