Missing receipt and activation code

I purchased the product directly from TurboTax March 16/23 but did not receive a receipt. I have confirmed it is not in my junk email.

Troubleshooting

to be clear - I am looking for information on how to have a receipt and activation code sent to me.

I followed the suggestions in the help section and phoned but only was able to request information be sent to me by text or email.
