Troubleshooting

Follow these steps to correct this situation:

Part I

Step 1) Go to 🔎 Find and type: T4E and click Go

Step 2) Click Enter a New T4E

Step 3) Enter the amount 425 in box 30

Step 4) Answer the question: Did you repay Covid-19 financial assistance in 2022? Answer Yes

Step 5)  Insert the amount in the box : Repayment of Covid-19 financial assistance included in Box 30

Step 6) Click Done with T4E

Part II)

Step 1)  Go to the Menu and Click Deductions Payments Profile Repayments of Covid-19 benefits

Step 2) Leave the box " Amount from T4E Box 30 already deducted in 2021" blank

Step 3) Click Continue

You can check that the deduction was applied in your Tax Summary
